In 2018 Shawn Hagler and Vaughn Long saw a need for Ringman training. After teaching at an auction school, Shawn wanted to give these students even more opportunity to get a head start in the industry by providing proper teaching of the skill to help them become more hirable. They put their love and passion of the industry in the classroom.
